Discover Cambodian Cuisine, Asia’s Most Misunderstood Cuisine

Don’t miss out on the chance to join us in Siem Reap on a delicious journey to discover Cambodian cuisine, Asia’s most misunderstood and under-appreciated cuisine.

While participants on our Travel and Food Writing and Photography Retreats focusing on honing their creative skills as they discover Cambodian cuisine, others are coming primarily to sample the local food and culture on our Cambodia Culinary Tour. On both trips you will be eating, learning and doing a little cooking as you learn about the country’s gastronomy and culinary culture.

We’ve created 9-day and 10-day trips crammed with mouthwatering experiences, activities and meals aimed at enabling you to fully experience Cambodian cuisine, and they are experiences that you wouldn’t otherwise get to sample.

We’ve structured the itineraries in such a way so that participants will also have some downtime that they can use to relax by the pool, enjoy a massage or some pampering at a spa, go shopping, or do whatever they please.

Click through Terence’s gorgeous photo gallery, above, of the highlights from our 2015 Culinary Travel Writing and Photography Tour, to get an idea as to what to expect on our retreats and tours.

You can also check out our Instagram feed for images from the experiences and we now have a dedicated Siem Reap Retreats and Tours website with even more information.
