Calories: 223kcal
- 2 fresh mangoes or 280 g frozen mango
- 300 ml cold milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
If using fresh mangoes, slice off the outer cheeks of the mangoes, either side of the seed, then cut into the flesh in a criss-cross pattern, press the skin to push the flesh out so you have protruding cubes, which you can easily slice off close to the skin. Freeze overnight in an air-tight container.
Add the frozen mango pieces, cold milk, sugar, and salt to a blender and blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses. If your smoothie isn’t cold enough, add a couple of ice cubes and use a long spoon or swizzle stick to stir to chill.
